Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire condo — all 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, living/dining area, and private patio. Full access to all Seascape Resort amenities is included: 5 pools, 2,000-ft beach, tennis, pickleball, basketball, playgrounds, golf, and 5 on-site restaurants. The unit is entirely yours for the duration of your stay.

We're self-managed hosts who take pride in fast, attentive communication — any time of day. We're hands-off during your stay so you have full privacy, but always just a message away if something comes up.

This unit is located right by Golden Pond and has beautiful sunrise views overlooking the golf course from the private patio area. A short walk to one of the 5 resort pools and a quick ride to the designated beach parking area. You’ll enjoy the slow pace of this community.

Seascape Resort is a golf cart and bike-friendly community — cruising the resort is half the fun. La Dolce Vida has a rental location right on the property for both golf carts and bikes, so you can gear up without leaving the resort.

The beach, pools, restaurants, tennis, and pickleball courts are all easily accessible within the resort.

Free parking is available on-site at the unit. EV charging stations are located within the resort.

Destin's shops, restaurants, and entertainment are just a few minutes by car.
