This cottage-style condo sits on the second floor of a gated resort community, accessed by stairs. A spiral staircase leads upstairs to the loft — beautiful and worth knowing about if you have mobility concerns or very young children. Inside, you'll feel the care immediately. Fresh, bright finishes throughout. Open-concept living flows into a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Two king bedrooms with full bathrooms anchor the main floor — perfect for parents and guests who want their own retreat space.

Upstairs, the loft-style third bedroom features two queen beds plus its own full bathroom. This setup is ideal for kids, teens, or additional guests who want suite-like independence. The screened porch is where the magic happens — draped in string lights, it's your sunset spot, your wind-down zone, and home to dual arcade games (Pac-Man and Mortal Kombat II). Families linger here instead of retreating to screens. Many guests tell us their teens claimed the loft as their own private space, and kids spend hours competing at the arcade games.

Three full bathrooms mean no morning conflicts — everyone has space to get ready without negotiating. Two king bedrooms on the main floor, each with its own full bathroom. The loft upstairs sleeps two in queen beds and has a private bathroom. Total capacity: 8 guests comfortably.

Guests have access to the entire condo during their stay.

You will also have access to the community amenities, including the pool and designated beach access areas. Please follow all community and HOA rules when using these spaces.

Any areas marked as owner or housekeeping storage are not available for guest use.

A car is recommended for getting around the area. Many restaurants, grocery stores, and attractions are just a short drive away. Ride-share services such as Uber and Lyft are also available in the Destin and Miramar Beach area.

GOOD TO KNOW
Parking passes are required for all vehicles and are obtained smoothly at the front desk after arrival. Hidden Dunes is a gated community with HOA rules; guests are asked to respect the property and follow resort guidelines during their stay. No smoking, parties, or events are permitted. The property has locked owner and housekeeping closets that are not available for guest use — but you have full access to all guest areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living spaces, screened porch, and in-unit laundry.

Please note: Coffee, spices, beach towels, and outdoor equipment are not provided — bring or purchase these items during your stay. The spiral staircase to the loft is steep and beautiful but requires good mobility; guests with accessibility needs should contact us before booking to discuss the layout.
